Nicole draws upon over 20 years in the beauty industry, beginning her career as a makeup artist. After learning and mastering the art of makeup application, their ingredients and effect on the skin, she decided to combine her passions for makeup artistry and skincare – becoming a licensed Esthetician in 2001.
After earning a diploma in Esthetics, Nicole continued her education and pursued extensive education from the International Dermal Institute. She is also certificated in pigmentation disorders, hair removal, brow shaping artistry, chemical peels, anti-aging treatments, advanced exfoliation technique including ultrasonic-peels and dermaplaning. Treating all skin types and conditions using the most advanced skincare system on the market today.
Nicole's passion for knowledge in the dynamic, ever-changing skincare industry ensures that she stays informed with the latest technologies and cutting edge ingredients in skincare, which she loves to share with her clients. The Hue Solution Guarantee was established to further our commitment to provide the best beauty services to all who walk through our doors. Sometimes we are not able to remove all the hair from waxing due to shaving, uneven hair growth or unforeseen circumstances, if this happens, we encourage you to come back within 3 days after your service for a touch-up to remove any hair that was not removed during your appointment.
Our main goal is the safety and health of our clients, community, and staff. Masks are required upon entry for all services, incuding facials. During facial treatment services, masks need to be removed.

A deposit is required for ALL services. Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24-hours before your appointment or if you no-show. If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment your deposit will be fully refunded. In order to make any appointment you must provide a deposit of $25 ONLINE ONLY through our booking system. If you have a Groupon Voucher, don’t worry! You will not be charged for the original price of the selected service, the price will be waived and the $25 deposit will be refunded back to you when your Groupon voucher is redeemed.
LATE CANCELLATION | NO SHOW POLICY
All services are booked online require a credit card to guarantee booking to secure your appointment. As a courtesy to all clients, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, your deposit will not be refunded and will be used towards the 50% charge.
No Show/Same Day Cancellation will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Prepaid Packages or memberships will lose a session.
IF YOUR RUNNING LATE
If you are still able to make it to your appointment but are concerned you may be a little late please don’t hesitate to call us! In most cases we have a 15 minute grace period.* However, if you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule you for a different time so as not to interfere with other appointments. You will have to pay another deposit to reschedule your appointment. When in doubt, just give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!
This policy is in consideration of the valued time of both our wonderful guests and our talented technicians.
In the event of a credit card being declined or expired a $35 fee will also be assesed and no reservations will be made until the balance is paid.
All Groupon vouchers are accepted for new clients only. If you have used any Groupon voucher with The Hue Solution LLC previously, you cannot use another Groupon later at any time. All Groupon Vouchers will only be accepted & redeemed once per customer
