We’ve trained our staff to use sanitation best-practices in accordance with WHO and CDC guidelines. We are accustomed to using sanitizer on every surface our team and clients come in contact with. We have increased the frequency of our standard procedures to increase safety in the spa.
We’re taking daily precautions to communicate with our team and clients. None of our staff members or clients have reported symptoms. If that were to change, we will immediately take action to make them stay home until they are medically cleared.
We are keeping updated daily on recommendations from the local government. We are prepared to take additional preventive actions should they be suggested by the health experts.
If you have an upcoming appointment and you or anyone at your home is experiencing symptoms, please call and notify us. We will reschedule your appointment until you are medically cleared. Preventing the spread of this virus is critical to the safety of our community.
Wash your hands frequently. Cover your nose and mouth if you have to sneeze or cough. And use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content. Please stay home if you are sick.

Nicole draws upon over 20 years in the beauty industry, beginning her career as a makeup artist. Many people underestimate the effect high-quality professional skin care and oils have on a spa treatment. We guarantee our all-natural products help you with that extra feeling of zen. If you fall in love, everything is available for purchase, including The Royalty Complex® oils, and lotions.
The Hue Solution Guarantee was established to further our commitment to provide the best beauty services to all who walk through our doors. Sometimes we are not able to remove all the hair from waxing due to shaving, uneven hair growth or unforeseen circumstances, if this happens, we encourage you to come back within 3 days after your service for a touch-up to remove any hair that was not removed during your appointment.
A deposit is required for ALL services. Your deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24-hours before your appointment or if you no-show. If you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment your deposit will be fully refunded. In order to make any appointment you must provide a deposit of $25 through PayPal. If you have a Groupon Voucher, don’t worry! You will not be charged for the original price of the selected service, the price will be waived and the $25 deposit will be refunded back to you when your Groupon voucher is redeemed.
LATE CANCELLATION | NO SHOW POLICY
If you are unable to keep your appointment we ask that you give us 24-hours advance notice. If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice your $25 deposit will not be refunded and you will have to pay an additional $25 to reschedule your appointment.
If you do not show up for your appointment (no show), and did not call to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the appointment, your $25 deposit will not be refunded.
IF YOUR RUNNING LATE
If you are still able to make it to your appointment but are concerned you may be a little late please don’t hesitate to call us! In most cases we have a 15 minute grace period.* However, if you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to reschedule you for a different time so as not to interfere with other appointments. When in doubt, just give us a call and we’ll see what we can do!
This policy is in consideration of the valued time of both our wonderful guests and our talented technicians.
All Groupon vouchers are accepted for new clients only. If you have used any Groupon voucher with The Hue Solution LLC previously, you cannot use another Groupon later at any time. All Groupon Vouchers will only be accepted & redeemed once per customer.
